About Terry

I am a seasoned real estate and sales professional with over 25 years of diversified experience in the housing industry.  I started my career as a mortgage underwriter’s assistant during the refinance boom of the 1990s.

 Before transitioning to real estate sales, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I developed essential skills in customer service, communication, and problem solving.  This experience gave me a deep understanding of client needs, attention to detail, and the ability to create exceptional experiences—skills that have proven invaluable to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with ease. 

Over the years, my real estate career has afforded me the luxury to live and work in incredible urban and resort locations, including Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Aspen-Snowmass, Napa, and Vail.

I have a strong background with residential and resort property sales and an extensive knowledge of co-ownership and fractional real estate.  After noticing that buyers and sellers of fractional real estate and shared ownership in the Vail area were underserved, I founded  VailFractional.com to provide specialized services in this unique market. I manage all aspects of the business, including strategy development and broker partnerships, using my multi-market experience to help clients make informed and confident decisions.

When I’m not working, I love exploring new areas with my husband Kevin and hiking with my dogs Shadow and Potato.  My enthusiasm for lifestyle-driven real estate is reflected in my commitment to helping others find their perfect property match.
